A vampire bat came flapping in from the night covered in fresh blood and parked himself on the cave's roof to get some sleep. Soon all the other bats smelled the blood and began hassling him aboutwhere he got it. He told them to shut up and let him get some sleep, but they persisted until he finally gave in. "OK, follow me."He flew out of the cave with hundreds of bats behind him. Down through a valley they went, across a river and into a forest of trees.
Finally he slowed down and all the other bats excitedlymilled around him.
"Do you see that tree over there?""YES, YES, YES!!" the bats all screamed in a frenzy.
"Well...I didn't!"

THE IRREGULARITY
I am placing a written post after a long time. In the start I spend a large amount of my time either writing for my blog or reading others blog. However with time things lost their polish. Some how this irregularity sneaked in, it may be because of lot of other diversions or may be changes in life. One good thing was I tried hard to uphold my blog by posting some attachments or my snaps etc. it's worth it, now when I come back, my blog is as intact as I created[but with zero visitors].
As in going to gym, irregularity is inevitable in blogging too. Every blogger would have or will suffer this at one time or the other. Hope every time we come again and stick on hard with our blogs.

THE ONE LINER
On the way to my office, I saw this one liner on an advertisement hoarding:
"They don't like us b'coz, they aren't us"
Think about this line, you will know how true it is.

NEVER GIVE UP
Do not let your fire go out, spark by irreplaceable spark, in the hopeless swamps of the approximate, the not-quite, the not-yet, the not-at-all. Do not let the hero in your soul perish, in lonely frustration for the life you deserved, but have never been able to reach. Check your road and the nature of your battle. The world you desired can be won. It exists, it is real, it is possible, it is yours.

JUST FOR TODAY
Just for today .....smile at a stranger...listen to someone's heart...drop a coin where a child can find it...learn something new, then teach it to someone...tell someone you're thinking of them...hug a loved one...don't hold a grudge...don't be afraid to say "I'm sorry"...look a child in the eye and tell them how great they are...don't kill that spider in your house, he's just lost so show him the way out...look beyond the face of a person into their heart...make a promise, and keep it...call someone, for no other reason than to just say "hi"...show kindness to an animal...stand up for what you believe in...smell the rain, feel the breeze, listen to the wind...use
all your senses to their fullest...
Cherish all of

THE LITTLE PLANT
This is a poem I learnt in kinder garden. It comes back to me now, after all these years, somehow!
In the heart of a seed
Buried deep, as deep
A dear little plant
Lay fast asleep.
"Wake!" said the sunshine
And speak to the Light
"Wake!" said the voice
Of the raindrops bright
The little plant heard
And it rose to see
How wonderful the outside
World might be!
In the heart of a seed
Buried deep, as deep
A dear little plant
Lay fast asleep.
"Wake!" said the sunshine
And speak to the Light
"Wake!" said the voice
Of the raindrops bright
The little plant heard
And it rose to see
How wonderful the outside
World might be!
